In this blog I bring you a topic that is extra special. Food! and I bring you my secret recipe... cheese corn nuggets! its the type of recipe that makes your mouth drool. in this blog I will be covering a few things about that recipe:

So now, I will start with
1. Simple steps to make the recipe.
Don't panic, It's actually a very easy recipe.
But, you have to follow the steps carefully and add the correct amount of ingredients needed for the recipe.
Without wasting any time, let's start.
1.The first ingredient needed for this recipe is boiled mashed potatoes. You need at least 2 or 3 potatoes to do it. Mash it with any tool you have at home(it could be a spoon) or use your hands.
2. The second ingredient needed is boiled corn kernels. you need 4 tbsp of them.
3. Next, you can add capsicum or chopped coriander leaves for the taste. You can add about 1/4th cup.
4. Add 1/2 a cup of grated mozzarella cheese. I used the Amul processed cheese cubes in my recipe.
After this, you can also add ginger garlic paste for the taste. It's not a must, it's optional.
5. Add salt for taste.
6. Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly. It should itself feel like a thick paste.
7. Keep the mixture aside.
8. Next, mix 4tbsp of maida(all purpose flour) in a separate bowl with 50ml of water and a pinch of salt. It must be of medium consistency.
9. Take 3 slices of bread and put them into a blender to get powdered bread as bread crumbs.
10. Put it on a plate separately.
11. Apply oil to your palms generously and make balls of the corn kernel mixture you made earlier.
12. Take the balls one by one and dip them in the flour mixture using a spoon. Then drop it into the bread powder. Roll it and the the bread crumbs will stick to the ball. Make sure that the veggie ball is fully coated with bread powder. Repeat the process with all the balls.
13. Next, refrigerate all the prepared nuggets for 30 minutes.
14.After 30 minutes, take out the nuggets and keep it aside.
15.Heat oil in a frying pan. Then put the nuggets in the frying pan. put at least 2-3 nuggets each serve. After all the balls are golden brown put them on a tissue to remove excess oil.
16.After that, serve with mayonaise or ketchup!
We have finished chapter 1. let's move on to chapter 2.
Things to avoid when making the food.
In step one, mash the potatoes thoroughly. if you feel any lumps at the bottom, those are unmashed potatoes. Avoid this problem by mashing it fully.
In step 12, if you see any sides white, that side is not coated. Avoid this problem by making sure the nuggets are fully coated.
Also in step 12, apply oil first before shaping the nuggets. If not, it will be very hard to make the nuggets as a lot of dough will stick to your hands. Even after you applied oil to your hands first, and dough sticks to your hands, apply oil again. Do this when dough sticks to your hands.
Thats all! avoid these mistakes and you nuggets will be yummy!

Well I have nothing much to say about this, but it's healthy and unhealthy. You've made the recipe home, right? well, thats healthy. the body needs some cheese to stay healthy, but not too much.
